I found a trick to cheat ATK from this spell.
The result of this trick can have wolfform spell on with orgrinal race look. As a result, no more NPC KoS on ur wolfform.
1. cast wolfform
2. use AA skill "Guardian of the Forest"
3. Wait for the GoF fade
4. u will have wolfform effect with ur own race look
I use this way to cheat ATk LOL

Doesn't work anymore. AA Wolf Form will not overwrite spell Wolf Form.
I have this dagger as a 46 ranger (it didn't proc for me at 45 like it says). It also does NOT turn me into a black wolf, but rather a grey wolf. The stats are correct however. Just like any other proc, the higher the dex, the more the thing procs. Form lasts for as long as you're in the zone (I haven't stayed in one zone more than an hour so I can't verify that it only lasts an hour) and outdoors only.
I hunted in Jaggedpine off and on for a few levels - so three hours or so (abotu the length of a KEI) was not uncommon for me.
Yes, it does eventually wear off after about two hours (specs say 1:50:00)... as Greater Wolfform comes with enhanced vision and me being human, I always notice the sudden drop in visible light when it wears off. Course, when I was using the dagger in my off-hand instead of my 39 spell, then it proc'ed at least once every fight (if not two...) so when I'm outdoors, Wolfform almost never droped. Being 56+, I keep the dagger in my bags for emergency re-buffs during combat.

interestign.... bought the spell as a 56 ranger but it is saying that my class/deity cannot use this spell when i try to scrobe it. Anyone else run into the problem?
