since no one does adventures anymore, these should be changed to the normal spell vendors. i've been trying to get an adventure goin for over a year now, with no luck. at least on quellious, they are a thing of the past.

In my humble opinion, this spell is alright, but nothing too special. If I am playing correctly, things don't cast on me very often (at least in groups), and the thought of losing 2 mana per tic is not very appealing. I would only have this up if I were fighting a group of fairly strong casters.

If you have your lvl 54 familiar up, it's a wash anyway, as the familiar adds 2 mana per tick.

I'm assuming the mana decrease is to rationalize the spell shield until it is dispelled or consumed.
