I use this to get faction in newbie dungeons like the Warrens and BlackBurrow. Here is the general strategy:
1) walk around and sit down repeatedly around a lot of MOBs until you have a good train.
2) cast this spell.
3) repeat
In this way, especially with a spell that does over 200 damage to all around, you may obtain some of the factions you need in a short amount of time.
