If you are not on a gold account you will only summon a regular cauldron with the Rk. II or Rk. III spell, if you are gold you will get an Rk. II cauldron with the Rk. II spell or an Rk. III cauldron with an Rk. III spell.
Do I Have Too?
The odds to summon the "Bulwark of Many Portals" goes UP from 5% with Rank I to 8% with RkII. Whereas the Failed chance goes DOWN from 15% to 10%
I would love to delineate the odds on the RKIII spell but the more I read about it the less I know. For example attaining the Raid Drop "essence of Ethernere" will not attain it but rather 4 other much out of date spells. If anyone can figure how to obtain the RKIII spell inquiring minds would love to know.

What is difference between rk1 and 2,3?
Looks to me the only difference in the ranks are the different chances to summon items. The Chances of summoning the different items are all different in each Rank of Cauldron. Best I can figure out.
