Why bother doing the quest ? The spell you got from POP turn-in does the same thing for the same ammount of mana... at the same level ?
Just seems to me you're doing alot of work here to get a spell you already worked your butt off for on random rolls and chancie turn-ins to the frog man .
That's just my opinion .

Draught of Thunder has a 0 sec stun for up to lvl 65 mobs, which Draught of Lightning doesn't have. So Lightning makes perfect sense due to generating less aggro than Thunder...

Hello All,

To get this spell you need a lightning sphere and a Draught of Thunder scroll. Once you have these two items turn them into our Froggy friend in POK to get Draught of Lightning.

From what I gather it's quested, and takes a lightning sphere as at least one component of the quest
