I made this for my Necro last night and was shocked to see pyre of marnek + 4%.
Is this just a game misprint or what?. 4% is no help at all.

It's to increase base spell effectiveness by 4% but yes 4% is what is says in raw data.

This seems like its out of place, and is a severe downgrade from the previous expansion's Frightweave Robe of the Exhumer, which had this focus: NEC Pyre of Marnek Damage 45-80.

Is it possible that this is a bug? or was our focus nerfed at some point?
