Does Ferocity stack like Vengeance or ATK and such? Each level adds 3%, so can you have various Ferocity bonuses on different items to raise the chance for double attacks? And if so, what is the Ferocity % cap set at?
Anyone have solid info on this issue? To me, common sense tells me that it should, but we all know that common sense and Sony don't always jive....

as far as i can tell, no because 3% of 0 is still zero.

well as far as i knew shaman had a 0% chance to melee crit and with cleave 1 i crit so your theroy of 0% and 3% = 0 is bogus
Adds 3% so if your base is 0 and you put this on you now have 3%.
