this spell is actual called shock of lightning
No this spell is called ICICLE SHOCK and has replaced a spell that was called Shock of Lightning with similar dmg but cost a lot more then the 39 mana.
Now I might of given into your silly statement if this spell was a save vs magic. It is a save vs cold ( burrr not Zapp ).
We will all miss the old Shock of Lightning that helped many Wizards tame the wild frontier. Let us all have a moment of silence and think about our best kill with the old girl.
