This spell is = to the Shammy's Philter of Faerune.
Just my input.

This spell makes the 51st level, hard to get, Everlasting Breath spell absolutely worthless.

1) It is 44th level vs 51st.

2) It has See Invis and Ultravision in addition to the EB effect.

3) It lasts 36 minutes vs the 24 minutes of Everlasting Breath.

In total, it's a far superior spell than EB.

Ofala Olan is the quest giver, Erudite sister to Stofo Olan from epic fame, back in Erudin, in the Vasty Deep Inn, and you will be going to see him again for one of the spells.
Ofala can be found in the second hut from the dock near the lighthouse in Gunthak.
All drops for the quest, plus the scrolls themselves , are NO DROP !


LEVIATHAN EYES

Hail, Ofala Olan and follow the dialogue....you say to her "I will assist you" and you will get a container from her.
You need to combine a mermaid scale and a mushroom stalk in this container. The mushroom stalk is actually *PUNGENT FLUID* and can be found on mushrooms in the cave/tunnel leading up to Nadox zone. It also drops off the diseased and other type drogmors in the caves there. Drops fairly commonly.
The mermaid scale is obtained by handing *BLUE LOTUS PETAL to Latiza Trelune, a mermaid under a shipwreck in the water at loc: +300, +20....she gives you the scale in exchange.
The BLUE LOTUS PETAL drops from the stone or other lotus mobs in the same tunnel as the PUNGENT FLUID is from.
(when arriving at the lighthouse, to your left is an npc last name of Darkwater, swim or lev and between him and the boulders in the water, go straight out from the lighthouse island to get to land....keep wall on your right shoulder and you will come to the cave/tunnel(loc: -1657 , +905 was given to me but I didnt verify) Invis here, just cuz theres a ton of annoying greenies to slow up your progress
Combine the scale and the pungent fluid and get swirling something and then take the result of the combine back to Ofala...hand to her, she gives you the scroll. ( hmmm swirling vial I think it was lol )
