I found this spell (and the other "spear" spells) in the library on Plane of Knowledge, it was sold by one of the reavers, Pradin, if memory serves.

not sure what all this talk about FD and buffs with mana regen doing on the spell: Spear of Plaegue topic but.......anyone know what merchant or what lvl of pok library i might find it?

The feign death effect knocks down all that do not resist, as if they all feigned, for 6 seconds. This is very bad for tanking and aggro control, since now the casters and others that either resisted or are out of effect range are at the top of the hate list. The mob just summons them one by one. There is almost no way for the main tank to regain aggro after the hate list has been wiped. Best defence is to have high resists or have several backup tanks.

This is an upgrade to Aego. Why would you need a mana regen on it?

now if this had a nice mana regen like PotG or PotC, then it would be too good i guess?

Okies...was reading the description and it says Feign Death. I was wondering if it causes the PC to FD and be stunned or makes the mob who casts it FD and stun the PCs around it? That just sounds crazy if the mob FDs =D ANYWAYS! I doubt anyone will ever see this hehe
It causes the players around it to fall down and be stunned. Which I think is pretty funny. Now wether it causes it to have the same effect as "Fiegning Death" tends to have (aka temp removal from hate list), I am not sure.
