I bug reported this as it only works on DOTs, not detrimental spells such as slow, tash, mez, disempower.

For a Shaman for instance, this affects my slow, cripple, DoT's and roots. This has no effect on any buffs, heals, nukes, HoTs or rains.

Since I got an item with this focus a couple of days ago I want to correct something here. It does NOT affect anything besides Dots. Since the spell description lists: 5: Limit: Effect(Hitpoints allowed) it restricts detrimental spells further.
After all I've never heard that affliction efficiency items are sought after by chanters to reduce mezz mana cost for example. And Conservation of Bertoxxuluos is a direct upgrade. To sum it up it is DOT only!
