This is a rather high aggro drawer for sub 40 lvl, and good for pulling if you are MA, bad news is you have to let your chanter know they will dotted when they get to camp and hence unmezable. If worst comes to worse with a crappy chanty who wants to mez pull with siphon str and then hit em with this once in camp

I think the main usage for this spell can be to "buff" players against charming mobs.
It makes players uncharmable.
