Just got my HOT PANTS today... gotta say that it rocks to be able to cast a level 63 buff at 55. I had to hunt these in the Bazaar for a month. I've seen the ornate silk pant patterns go for as much as 100k. I think I lucked out getting mine for 50k... either way, I think every Chanter should have these... at the very least... post 63, they'd be awesome on Corpse runs etc...

I got these Silken Augmenter's Pantaloons for my 56 Chanter, and you know what... the effect Tranquility, is castable by him at lvl 56.
You gotta love that.

castable at level 46 which is first level you are capable to zone into Tranquility to buy the stuff.
Wrong. Minimum level of 55 to make the Ornate armors.

yes, is true but can use it if u flagged up to tier 3, can be under level 55

is this equivalent to c5? how much is this spell? any info would be appreciated!
I just paid 11K in bazaar for it but I feel kinda reamed. Didn't want to wait though hehe.
You get it by turning in Spectral PArchments (like most level 63 and 64 spells), and having no idea how many random spells I'd get before getting it, I just shelled out the cash.
