Those are spell slots. There can be up to 32 spell slots per spell. Each spell slot does something unique a large majority of the time.

The lvl 13 version of this spell can be purchased from Elesseryl Terussar in OOT. The translocators have been removed from East Freeport and you'll have to wait for a ship. Have a lev potion handy 'cause it's a long swim and the sharks agro easy. :-)

This may have used to have been a level 13 spell, but now it is level 17. At least the one for sale in Shadowhaven on Kenral Siroisl on the Combine server is a lvl 17 spell. 4 plat, 2 gold, 7 silver, 6 copper.

I know that the post this is in reply to is a bit old, but since nobody has corrected it, I thought I might as well. If you look at the spell list, and the spell description this spell is self only and has the effect of regen + 1 point, and increase AC by a range of 7ac (at level 13 ) to 9 ac ( at level 20). The Spell: Summon Phantom Leather is indeed a level 17 spell, which * does indeed * summon a no-rent bag which contains a * set * of no-rent leather armor. This spell * still * takes a reagent to cast, however the level 17 spell for the set of phantom leather does not.

Er, I always thought this summoned a bag of NO RENT leather armor. Are we sure it's a buff here? Perhaps it used to be? I don't think the armor gives regen, either...


Edit: OK, I'm a moron. This level 16 Phantom Leather spell is as told. The one I was thinking of is Summon Phantom Leather. Sorry for my ignorance lol.

this is a nice spell to have, especially soloing. along with summon bandages, if you take a beating the regen is VERY nice, the next version of this (phantom chain), provides double the regen (at double the cost in regent), but sitting regens about 4HP a tick, by the time you get your mana back up you shoudl be near fully healed. also if you use the summoned necklaces this spell would pay off even more. does anyone know if this has a chance to conserve each regent or conserve all regents in a spell, say i cast phantom chain will it roll for each regent to possibly save one, or if it saves will it save both.

If you get a reageant conservation item, it has a chance to proc and save you a reagent every time you cast a spell that consumes something.
id recommend you try to keep your reagent conservation item as close to your spell level set as youcan, giving it a better chance to save your gems.

Approx. 2g1s, with minor variances for CHA and faction. Call it about 2p5g max per stack to be safe.
