Yes, this is an AA ability, not a spell. However, when this can be obtained needs more clarification. You can begin AA at level 51 under the general catergory, however, before you can advance to the next level of AA - Archetype, you must be level 55 or higher and have spent 6 points in the general catergory. After archetype there is class abilities, the requirements for this are level 59+ and have spent 12 points in the archetype catergory. After class abilities, there are Planar abilities, requirement is 61+ and usually some previous abilities aquired. Planar advancement (name and/or order could be wrong for PoP AA, can't remember atm, long night) follow the the planar abilities and has its own requirements for it. Hopefully this clears it up some for people.
