I just want to know where to get the spells. I have looked all over for them and can not find them, can anyone help me out on this ?
POP ethereal parchment quest in pok gave me this spell :D, one of the few useful pop spells for wizzy

on the main description of this spell it should have Translocates target and Target area to bind points

Me and a budy was thinking .
what about a TL that brings up a box and you can choose where you want to go? In a pull down menu or some thing.
and make it AOE so its like mass send the raid out spell
not really a uber spell just a time saveing one

Ok, I know it is an AoE player teleport, but what zone does it tloc people to?

The way it works is mobs in PoP drop parchments. You then hand in the parchments to the guild leader for a random spell.
3 different kinds of parchments
Ethereal gives level 61 or 62
Spectral gives 63 or 64
Shadowy gives 65
