Its not the verant hates bards, its that they made them wrong and bard code is very "messy". Having these focus effects work for bards would require...*gasp* work

Now, now. It seems that it's better that SOE doesn't "work" on bards -- seems that every time they do something goes wrong. So be careful what you wish for.
