Extremely disappointed in this 'pet' spell. With the extra step to make a 'rod' you cannot just cast this to get out of a bind with a mob, or even send as an extra pet. You can cast the rod once, then wait for a longtime for it to refresh to be able to cast again (after you make another rod). Completely inefficient , and not as inexpensive as the level 90 Ruinous Servant.

This spell summons a fire and forget caster pet that sits where you cast it and nukes the mob for about 30 seconds. The rank 2 spell pet nukes for 4,460 a pop pretty fast. The pet has less than 10k HP though so goes down quick if a mob touches it.
