Transon's Elemental Renewal  

griegs dropped 2 of these last night. he is fairly easy to kill with a raid of about a dozen. he drops soome other good gear and also drops a piece for the VT key. i have actually helped kill him about 5 times. really fun fight. the fight before him though is the tough one to me. have a awesome tank and a skilled healer and being a mage keep DS on the tank and keep mod rods coming for the cleric. also be sure that no body sits on the mobs before him cause most people beside strong tank wont last long. before you fight griegs though you have to get the key to the door (griegs key) look it up on this sight. its a temporary key so it go when you log....so you have to do it all in one night. a standard group can do this part fairly easy. as far as getting to the room that griegs is in. get to the gate go through it and continue straight the a door. once you are through the door turn left and there will be a door at the end to your right. there are 3 tough mobs in this room, but invis works. once you get in the roomm the will be a door that requires the key. once you get in there will be a blue glowing teleporter that takes you to griegs chamber. kill the two mobs in there. then there will be a door that opens to a stairwell with 3 flights. at the top of the stairs is another door. when you open it you will see griegs himself. but there are about 12 mobs to pull before you get to him. a awesome puller can single pull them but most of the time they all come at once. fight on!!! after you manage to kill these mobs med up, buff up, and toughen up cause you got about a 20-30 minute fight coming. get everyone in the stairwell. get healer and all caster to stay behind the wall of the first stairwell. let tanks stay at the top of the second stairwell that way griegs stays there and the wall acts as a shield for casters. he uses an AoE attack thats why this is neccasary. in between these AoE attacks casters can step out and get a quick nuke out. any pet should be put at the top of the second flight as well and put on guard there. your pets will die so dont bother with getting them buffed. maybe burnout thats it. i have seen this done with only one tank and one healer but i highly suggest more. in the end you will see some descent loot and you will see a great team oriented strategy play out to your favor

With the LoY expansion, this spell is researchable.
