Are there two recipes for this spell?
I was able to make it using Runic Orphic Card, Luclin's Ink Additive, Ink of Marr, Ink of Pain, Al'Kabor Thickener, Quill of the Archon.
The Trivial was 444 and I made it in the Spell Research Kit.
Normally a Runic Numen Plaque would make a level 89 spell.

You're absolutely right, the recipe lothnor posted is for Silent Proclamation Rk. II.
