In-fact I have a few on my Melee or tank classes

and for necro I can simply bind outside a farming zone site n use hers for a fast way to sell and or go home , and use the gate spell to go back to farming for another hour or so , or if you have a camp that is an F''''' n long Haul to reach and a cleric merc handy on a party wipe . the frost crypts or the far frozen reaches comes to mind

Black feather roost often dropped good pelts in the past for example , you can bind just outside on the ledge and go in and kill , bags are full use the Primary anchor warp to the house/housing just off POK / Guild lobby and presto. with a fast gate back option to BFR .

this also requires a house , and to plop the glowing anchor bit on the lawn.

500 SC or about 5 bucks , but it cuts down the 1200 PP stack/s of gate pots down considerably , 150K PP is about $ 18 ish (2011-nov)
but at a few stacks a week @ 75+ you can see the math , it saves time money and plat esp if you've bought some do the the faster plat sinks.

as for DRUID or wizzard I'm unsure that the scribed spell has the 1.25 or 1.5 hour re-cast rate. the item in the bag dose.

Primary Anchor Gate,this appears to be spell form,,the other one is a device not a spell,maybe for classes that cannot cast gate.
Device would imply gnomish in nature IMO.

If these are live I would look into quests involing gnomes and tinkering.
