I suspect that is a bug. The spell effect it's currently linking is either Serpent Sight or Ultravision. Characters with Invigor previously scribed in their spell books show Spell Effect: Renews the endurance of your target, replenishing their stamina for 0:00:18.which is as it should be.

With the melee changes stopping all stamina regen and replenishing effects (and the elimination of the stamina bar), all items with stamina effects were changed to have night vision (cant remember if ultra or infra)

This spell has ALWAYS been infravision and has NEVER had any STA effect associated with it. This spell didn't change

The spell is now called invigor and it's a night vision spell. I got mine in pok from mystic Pikor for about 5pp.

this is incorrect, Invigor was a sta replenishment spell which has had it's effect changed. Serpent Sight hasn't changed at all, it's always been in infravision spell.
