Its a debate in my guild that this spell also affects spell critical chance? Anyone know that is a fact or not? I personally disagree, all skills would be throwing, hand to hand, 1hs, 1hb, 2hs, 2hb, piercing...correct? Wouldn't it say on this spells description that it includes spells also if it did?

No. It doesn't affect spell critical chance.

Enchanters get a Spire for that - 3rd spire, increases spell critical chance by 7 percent.

Actually I found out that it does actually improve dps for castors also, apparently my friend /petitioned a GM and their response was that it does effect casting spells too.
