This spell with your AA crit maxed out (for this current level) will allow you to hit for over 24k+ damage per cast.

You get this spell from the RKII spell quest giver next to the dream mote vendor in ferrot. She needs a minor nebulous fragment which are easy to get from trash mobs all over the new expansion (also cheap on bazaar if you don't feel like finding them)

(She is on middle of west side of map) Invis ... run along river (not to close to river or undead water mobs aggro you.. and not to far left or undead dogs get you) .. and run until you get to the bridge... then head directly west.. the normal dogs in forest wont see your invis. Watch out for the big ogre who patrols this area he can see through invis even if your dual invis up (with ITU).
