When this weapon procs it says that you do 100 points of non meele damage. It is a DD. The stun portion of this spell may last for 1 tick.
How is this spell different from the lvl 18 one "Lesser Succor?"

It's a DD. When you proc, it says "so-and-so has been stuck for 100 non-melee damage." It does NOT give a wear-off message, so it has no duration.

This is sertanly not a DoT, for future information DoT's do not Critical blast. If this so called DoT was truely a DoT then it would never Critical blast so i am sorry to say you are wrong this is in fact a DD becouse of the fact that it critical blasts so anyone saying that this is a DoT is way off again this is in fact a DD.

This is not a DOT. I have this weapon. It does instant damage. After putting one point into Ingenuity it spell crits for 133 instantly on proc. The stunn has no physical effect besides adding agro and a possible spell interupt if the stunn portion of the spell is not checked against immunity.
This proc is not a DOT that lasts for any amount of time. It is a direct damage spell that can critical blast like every other DD spell in the game.

Where can i buy this spell, act as succor but lower casting time, sounds good.

the proc is 100DD -- It is not a dot because it doesnt say "your spell has worn off". it must be a type-o or mistake.

Pohlusmc you are correct DD are instantanious after the saving check is made so its not possible for this item to be a dd
100 hp of damage in one tick would make it a DD spell not a DoT. Must be a typo in some way. Either it is a DD spell or it as more ticks. My opinion.

No, because 1 tick is 6 seconds .. it's 100 damage in 6 seconds. If it was a DD, it would be 100 damage in .1 tick i believe or something to that effect or it would say instantanious.
Hm, maybe it does 50 initial damage and then 50 one tick after that.

the spider fang procs at level 1
The other items proc at level 25, but I believe the Coldain items proc at level 1.

Anyone know what level the weapons with this effect will proc?
as stated above, this will proc at level one for the crystaline spider fang. You'll wipe out those rats and bats in no time with this weapon :)
