Misdirection  

I had to test this out for a bit, and get some advice from other Rogues before I realized how to use this. You cast it on the monster, not yourself, and then whoever is the most hated target in your group at the time you cast it. The player with the most hate will get a short boost to how much aggro they generate, and the monster will stay on them pretty much foolproof. You just have to make sure that person with the most hate when you cast it, isn't you, or a caster, or healer. Lol = P
