So it seems at 87 Bards get Aura of Renewal and a Song: Echo of Renewal.
However, Song: Echo of Renewal is really an Aura, sits in the Aura box blocks other Aura casts and is blocked by other previous Auras.
The effect which as far as I can tell is identical to Aura of Renewal.

Duplicate Songs at 87? What a waste of a Lesser Nebulous Dream Fragment.

Aura = around the bard
Echo = stay where you cast it; good for when you are pulling and want your group to still have the effect
