Look at https://everquest.allakhazam.com/search.html?q=wildfire+aura for the Wildfire Aura Effect II, and the Wildfire Aura Strike II. It looks like whenever you or a group member affected by the aura casts a detrimental spell <100th level and >10 mana, that Wildfire Aura Strike II spell will also be cast. I'm not 100% positive, as the description isn't absolutely clear, but that's what it looks like.
