this is the last sk attack debuff, kind of sad, as they stack with druids attack debuffs and help reduce mobs DPS

While this may indeed drop off of a mind worm, you can also buy it off of Reaver Praden in the plane of knowledge library. 5pp at 97 charisma.

I use this spell all the time mine adds 47 to attack not 35. I have cast it several times and done the math to be sure, im 100% sure its 47. Yes it sucks atk off the mob and not only adds it to your atk but you entire parties atk if they are within range.

Does this run along the same line as the other hate spells? Does it take the attack from them and give it to you?

Yep, exactly the same with one nice addition - it adds ATK to your entire group, not just you :)
