Can anybody tell what the use of s See Invisible Spell at that leve should be that only lasts 5 ticks? At first glance it is stupid!?!

It's See Invisible (2) which sees SoS mobs. That is mobs that you can't see with normal See Invisible or player rogues who are sneak / hiding with SoS AA (that aren't in your group). The added alot of these mobs when the first See Invisible (2) spells came out with Secrets of Faydwer, and I assume there more in HoT and why a new version of the spell.
