I just bought this spell from Phoen th Ingven in Abysmal Sea. The quantity was unlimited and she had more so it must now be sold there.

Why is i never see a post with the chars name/location/zone/or if quest-researched-or dropped in one post. Everyone in here seems to have posts not even coming close to the answers to questions in here. you Literally have to read every post and then ya might be able to put the puzzle together.

So this is basically just to look fancy.
Seems to be outdoor only spell. I tried to use it in one of LDoN's, and it said I couldn't. Perhaps because of the levitation effect??

I'm far away from this spell myself, but that doesn't make since to me, because you can use illusion: air elemental in ldon and it gives levitation.
