Reaper's Beckon  

I have found the necromancer spell vendor for the lvl 86 spells (he probally sells all the way to 90 but have not checked yet)
The only spell I have not yet located is the Dunkelnacht Orb. ALSO keep in mind these are for the rk 1 spells only, the rk 2 will most likely be set up the same as the seeds and uf expansions the rk 2 will most likely be faction vendor based.
When you first zone into the feerrott look to the east across the river and you will see 4 or 5 npc's sitting around a campfire. The npc's name is Feril Brandigar and he is a drakkin, also he can path down to the river about 5 feet away on occasion.
