Took about 9 disturbed elysian remains and spell dropped. Had to do it 2 times, one for ranger and one for dr00d. Easy camp.
Went over to the area where they are all standing...in the corner of the zone basically...and just started killing everything in sight. Finally dropped after about 150 mobs from a Xi Vius. Got a zillion other spells before it finally dropped.
I am here to confirm that it does drop off of Underbulks in Fungus Grove. Thank to those of you who posted that info; I got my spell in one clearing.

Dropped today 07/05/2009 on Mayong in Maiden's Eye off a Xi Xaui.
I got this spell within 5-6 clearings of the Underbulks at the pond in FG. I cleared the bandit camps in between just for something to do but the point is, it still drops off the underbulks as of Jan 09. Good luck!
Dropped in SSRA also, off a named, I don't remember the name

off my eighth 'a domestic underbulk', spent a good few luckless hours in ME/UP beforehand.
I looted this off a mob while camping my lucid shard in the Deep. Was one of the levitating guys with the medusa-like hair, just can't remember exactly

I looted this from a small underbulk in Fungus Grove. There were a surprising number of spell drops here. We mostly hunted the area around the 2 Shadel Bandit camps on one side of the little lake.

I've had this cast on me when I was in the high 40's. Nice spell.
i lucked out and found this in the bazaar for 1kpp! (it has been selling for 5kpp on Lanys T)
i am so glad i found it! i was finding ME a difficult zone to hunt in, even with a group of high level 50's. not to mention, the spell seems to be a rare drop. 2 days of hunting, killing & dying and i'm glad i looked in the bazaar. haha
i just hope my guild-mate is as lucky

Just looted from a shade golem in Akheva Ruins.
Anyone know the minimum level on which this spell can be cast?

as of july 23 2007 i believe it is lvl 51.
My druid dinged 54 at last, so I went and found some guinea pigs and tried casting it until I pinned down what level the target has to be. You can cast this (and Regrowth) on targets of level 42 and higher. When I tried them on a level 41, I was told "Your spell is too powerful for your intended target."

As of today, 8/21/03 I confirmed it as...
Less than Lvl 52 : Your spell is too powerful for your intended target
Lvl 52 and up : Soandso 's body pulses with an avian spirit.

I have had this cast on me as low as 45, not sure if it can be cast lower or not.

The minumum lvl i think is 1 because me and my friend were playing and we asked for an SOE and it worked for us.

Minimum level is NOT level 1. I tried to cast on a level 9 and I got the 'Your spell is too powerful for the intended target' message.
I am guessing it it is probably 45 or 46. I will experiment and share results.
