even if it was mgbable who would want it, its 4 ticks, by the time you make it to any mob you might want to kill it will be gone

fraid not, this is not an MGB'able spell becuase it is tagged as "Detrimental"
If it was MGB'able I would definately buy MGB
As an aside, everythign in OoW can be mana tapped for the most part, so start getting necros for your oow groups if you havent already, and if you do have a nec in your oow group and he isnt casting this kick him in the shins

Would MGB AA make this an AoE-buff instead of merely a group-buff?
