One of his most frequent uses. First he blast ya with an AE that virtually wipes out all your resistances then he hits you with this. It is survivable by melee classes and well equiped Casters, but the snare effect can be a (and usually is)killer preventing you from moving away for a quick heal or off tanking the minions he seems to go after to help him.
