mana drain of 270. Had a cleric test this out with me... she removed her armor to lower her resists so she would stop resisting lol.

Anyways, her mana was 3235 unbuffed/naked, and i proc'd on her and it took her mana to 2965

It decreases mana by 300, with a resist check against poison at a -30 mod (according to Lucy). That Lucy link at the bottom of all these descriptions really helps check on things like that =).
