Uh, Kapt, my husband's SK is 32, and he did this quest without any 'uber guild' help.

With the right group of friends, it can be done, it has been done, it will continue to be done.

Yes is could be done at 32, as long as your "friends" did nearly everything for you. No offense to your husband, but he in no way earned this at 32, and was not exactly helped, but given it. He could not have landed many (if any) hits on the Grand Loremaster, the Glowing Golem, or on Drusella Sathir at that level, and would have died *very* fast if they'd ever looked his way.

Yes, we can twink players with Epics by protecting them and letting them loot the pieces. Why not just eBay them with uber weapons instead......amounts to the same thing.

I'm proud of doing everything by having an ACTIVE hand in each piece and setting up and leading every fight, so yes it irks me to hear about this.

I didn't say he did the pieces with this character. I was simply pointing out that it was said "there's no way in hell you got this at level 30"... that statement was simply not true. It *is* attainable.

And my husband did earn it... he plays the SK, he plays the blackguard that participated in the kills that got the pieces.

Did the character earn it? No. But my husband did. He had an ACTIVE hand in each piece. He set up and led every fight. So yes, it irks me to have someone who knows nothing about him say he didn't earn it.
