Harm Touch ID

Improved Damage WILL work for a shadow knight's harm touch. At 58 i am using Imperial Wardog Collar (Improved Damage II +9 sta) and yes it does increase the damage of harm touch with /disc unholy. Highest HT so far is 1639 with disc and ID2.

I'm hoping you know this by now, but, no, non-casting classes get no benefit from this focus effect.

The desciption keeps mentioning the focus affects spells. Does this mean that non-spell casting classes cannot get any benefits from the focus effects? Can a Warrior use to improve his damage?
