I am at the vendor now and he does not sell this spell any longer. In fact, he only sells 5 Paladin spells now. There maybe an issue with faction as I am Apprehensive to this merchant and Dubious to the other Paladin Merchants around the corner.

I am pretty sure this stacks with my SCHW. My attack speed seems to have gone up but no gauge to tell how much.

You buy the spell in Shadow Haven at the Paladin Guild (#12 on map). Keep to the right after entering building and go to the far Northeast corner near stairway. Face the stairway turn to right the vendor is across the room. The vendor's name is Galorano Daldirick. The spell costs about 4 platinum.

adding 16 disease counters means what?

hmm maybe the stack is broken. I don't seem to see an incease with this and my fbss. I see an increase with one or the other but not both. Anybody want to parse it and see if it's stacking ability is broken?

yes it does stack on the fbss on any items or songs thats it .

Does anyone know what this stacks/combines with? FBSS, shaman/enchanter haste spells?
