This is a GREAT spell for us Pally's. Completely negates doing quest for Divine Might which is a lvl 49 proc spell. (only 65 dd).
When fighting undead, I stack this weapon buff with my trusty Ghoulbane. Get some shammy buffs to to get my dex above 250....GB procs for 162, buff procs for 243.... :)

You buy the spell in Shadow Haven at the Paladin Guild (#12 on map). Keep to the right after entering building and go to the far Northeast corner near thwe stairway. Face the stairway turn to right the vendor is across the room. The vendor's name is Galorano Daldirick. The spell costs about 22 platinum.

What does Instument of Nife do any way?
According to my friends who have it, it allows you to imbue any weapon you are carrying with a special proc against undead. In effect, it makes any weapon proc like a Ghoulbane but can actually do even more damage (up to 243 DD I believe). I have seen two pallies use it to kill a room full of undead VERY quickly.
