Who are you lying to...this is the effect for the gnomish tinkered device called The Happy Dragon. It is not a spel.
Just letting you know I've noticed this on tons of the spell descriptions. Not sure what has been up with Alla's database, but as you can see they are talking about a lvl 60 Fd spell below, not happy dragon. Just ignore them and don't put a hit on their ratings for a ***** up on the db.
May have to get one o these for fun pulling =). No chance what-so-ever of getting summoned when it's a guaranteed 1 point nuke hitting. Would hate to crit on a throwing item and possibly break the 100 or so summoning barrier as rangers sometimes do, trying to FD after you've broken the summoning is a pain, been there done that.

Totally agree! This "Happy Dragon" is on the tinkered device of the same name. It has 20 charges and cost about 50pp or thereabouts to make. What da heck they talking about a spell? If they find a spell with 1dmg hit, it'd only be good for a faction hit is all I could see.

Its a luclin spell. Only place I know to get it is one of the caster vendors in the Caster quarter of Shadowhaven, somewhere on the second floor in the library.

Well for starters level 60 FD spells is 3 times better then the level 30 FD spell... the Level 30 FD spell sucks usually if it fails for me i die ( 15 second recast time ) 4.0 recast time is alot better....

If SK FD works like monk FD, you have to turn off auto attack b4 you try it or nothing will believe you ? i dunno why but if your FD doesn't work-that might be your prob man

From the description all this spell seems like is a more expensive, harder to cast version of the lvl 30 FD. As a level 60 spell, does it do something special like mem wipe immediately, harder for mobs to "see" through, cannot be interrupted by spells when on the ground, or does it just send the message "Soandso has fallen to the ground" less. It seems some or all of these should be true for a level 60 spell...

I'm not level 60 yet, however, yes, it costs twice as much as the level 30 FD spell, but the cycle time on the spell is 4 seconds instead of 15 on the level 30 version.

go to www.castersrealm.com and they have just a smige more info on where to get spells, (this is a great site! too!) But it will tell u that u need shadows of luclin to get this spell.

I just bought it for 6 plat 7 gold in Shadowhaven, upstairs in the library = guy at the back on the left.

Subject line says it all. Where can I pick this up? And are there any Wizzie damage shields that stack with Druid damage shields?
