I already have Improved Damage III and was wondering if the effect from these bracelets stack with that?
Note that the current in-game description of the Jade Bracelet is wrong. It says that it will work on spells up to level 24, when it in fact still works for my lvl 34 DDs. I'm not high enough to know yet, but since the level 16 summoned item (the Tiny Ring) stopped working at the spell level BEFORE the one during which I get the next one (I get a new ring at 39 and the old ring doesn't work on spells of lvl 34), I'm guessing that the Jade Bracelet will no longer work on DDs of level 39 or higher.

I noticed this doesn't seem to activate with summon damage spells (ie: Dismiss Summoned), so I assume it doesn't work with the Summoned or Undead line of damage spells?

Whoever told you that is wrong. The effect works good on enchanter nukes as well.
Why isn't more information like this... it is everything you need to know... thanks for the post.

Hey all some people have started out that this item wont work past a certain lvl.....I think they said something around lvl 30 or 29, well my magician is lvl 37 (still useing it) and I'm nuking for almost 400 a shot!!!!!!! NICE!!!

Its not your level that it won't work for, its the spell level you are casting. The summoned bracelets will basically work for all the spells you have up till the level of spells where the next summoned bracelet spell comes out. Thus the jade bracelet will work on lower than level 44 (maybe including 44, I can't remember) nukes. After that you have to use the opal one, which will work on all spells till you get the ruby one.

This effect adds 20% to DD type spells only, i was on my enchanter and paludal and my normal nuke was 88, I got a mage to summon me one of these ( level 23 mage ) and i was nukeing for 96-107

Here's what I've found since there isn't a description here:
This spell summons a wrist item which increases damage done by direct damage spells. It adds 10% extra damage.
