Concussion VI  

This is basically a useless AA. It's the same as Spirit of the Wood, but without a damage shield, yet its regen and AC is weaker than the equivalent level SotW. Waste of time and AA's. The ONLY excuse for this AA is to use on a raid where a damage shield on the raid force, thru MGB, is somehow detrimental to the raid's success and you don't run into too many of those.

In PRINCIPLE, a short-term high-regen, made higher by foregoing a DS, SHOULD be available. But this ain't it! Delete your hot key for this AA and save some room on your hotkey bars.
