Death Bloom will kill you fast. Very Fast. Only use it with a healer present.

It's interesting to note that necros are supposed to be a sustained dps class and we tended to out DPS other classes over time. If a necro is in a position or state where it can not do that, the amount of mana regen afforded to the class is insufficient by definition and stated function of the class. Unless we're changing into wizards or something.
I'm sure most people can easily see that our PEAK DPS hasn't increased, only our ability to better match a group sustained rate, correct? Unless the goal is to have necros sit out in groups a lot, it looks like it's working as intended.
