I found this one in North Freeport at the Temple of Marr - the pally/cleric guild. Go up to the top of the hall and seek a female vendor named Egasia Reenix located at p113 by p308.

I bought the Renewal scroll from Egasia Reenix in a room off of the top floor of Paladin/Cleric Hall in North Freeport. It's called Renewal both before and after purchase. :) It's usable by paladins at level 49.

I just bought the spell Reparation , on my lvl 48 paladin it says lvl to use 61 , and it didn't change name

The scroll name is not Renewal. When you mem the spell it says Renewal. The scroll can be bought in North Freeport at the Temple of Marr. The vendor on the top floor sells it. Can not remember the name on the scroll.

Hmmm, i found it and it looked like a normal everday spell named Renewal. Maybe they changed something since March?
