Obviously an NPC spell (yeah, nothing escapes me :P)... question is, it it ever used in the game? And by which NPC?

Love the "Cast on you" message, now I know to do an F9 and take a screenshot if I ever see it ;)

Thuuga Denigible (sp?) in FM casts this on you... Fun little toy to scare ppl at giant fort with, and makes for some fun screenies -- the background in my magelo features me in Goblin form heh.

there is a gobling in FM i believe that cast this on you.. i have friends on the RP server and they run around and kite the guy till he casts it on em, then they go scare people at the fort.. not sure the name of the guy, but i can get it for ya and i'll post it later
