Okay all, the explination to this spell is probably in my eyes totaly NPC based. There is probably a quest out there that spawns a necro or sk NPC that walks into the water and before they go into the water they cast this on themselves. Or atleast that makes sense to me.

ok why are there 2 underwater spells listed on this sight? one of them being corpse breath, other being breath of the dead? except breath of the dead says that it requires 1 fish scales per cast. This spell doesn't say it takes a regent. I think thats a mistake, but its still confusing. I am assuming this spell still requires fish scales. i found breath of the dead, I never found corpse breath. so maybe corpse breath is old school spell/name. Good luck with this all.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.

This spell allows you to breath under water. Although it takes fish scales as a component.

NPCs don't take drowning damage anyway. Why would they have an enduring breath spell? It makes me wonder if it's an item effect.

EDIT: got more info, this is a NPC spell only, thus there is not any scroll info about where to buy it, also it doesnt use a reagent
