All level 9 BST spells can be bought from scribes Mojir and Kaleej in SV bar Flash of light, best place to get them is from Cavalier Aodus or Vicar Thiran in PoK.
FYI, level 30

FYI, this is a level 30 Spell for Shadowknights, NOT a level 22 spell like this says.

At least, that's the way it is on Seventh Hammer

This doesnt work on malaise, does it? I atleast tried to cast it on myself 5 times, no help...

Nope, it doesn't. Cure poison will remove tash-line, but I have cast cure disease over and over on myself to try and remove malo-line and it doesn't work. I am preety sure malo-line (inclduing maliase/malaisement) is magic-based.
How to make friends without even trying

Wow, when my necromancer hit 16 and I got my new spells I went to PC for the bonus exp. I wasn't even thinking about the creeping crud when I went there but you wont beleive the amount of pleeds I got from dying adventurers for this little spell. Since it hast to be cast 3 times to remove the crud (which equals 60 mana) being nice goes along with a bit more downtime between pulls. But a select few people were kind enough to dotate to me and I think I'm making a good name for myself. Heck I even did a few summon corpses for peeps who lost their bods! But now I'm getting off the subject....
