All the level 60 Ancient spells ( for every class ) have a chance to drop off the following raid mobs in Vex Thal:
Aten Ha Ra
Diabo Xi Va
Diabo Xi Va Temariel
Diabo Xi Xin
Diabo Xi Xin Thall
Kaas Thox Xi Ans Dyek
Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra
Thall Va Kelun
Thall Va Xakra
Thall Xundraux Diabo
Va Xi Aten Ha Ra
No .. I didnt make up their names... they just had mommas that hated them... lol

they exist, but are no drop from high lvl Luclin mob encounters (bosses only). they really should do something to make people want them more though. or...introduce a new line of ancient spells for lvl 65's.

For most ancient spells I agree they're not very wanted, however if you do the math with druid nukes Ancient Starfire of Ro is our best dmg:mana ratio nukes in game at 4.12:1. Whereas Summer's Flame is 3.94:1 and Winter's Frost is 3.97:1
Unless you take into account the fact that so many druids lvl 65+ have those damn ornate gloves, lol. 20% or 25% mana savings on summer's flame.

Personally.. rather than Ancient, I think they outta rename them Mythic spells.. since they don't really exist.

These exist. They drop off of the Vulak Ring in North Temple of Veeshan. All of the ancient spells ARE no drop.

Friend of mine has both Ancient spells, they drop off the boss mobs in Vex Thal.
Where do these ancient spells drop from and are they no drop?
