best damage to mana ratio poison dot in the game(that shaman PCs get) even better than blood of yoppa. But has the DD at first cast which most shamans hate.

Got this spell on 13 September 2004 on Brell server on a Sanctus Seru kill. I guess that means it still drops :)

Dammit, hit post too fast. Was off the Inquisitor in Seru. This is the second time we have gotten this spell on this kill.

A few quick answers to some peeps Q's.

Dropped off LIS during GoD stability patches. (so still dropping unless very recently removed) NODROP
Stacks as normal with other Shaman DoTs

Rare as hell.

As far as I know it's off one of the ancient dragons guarding Kerafyrm, it's an obscenely rare drop, and basically there are like five copies of it on each server.
